With the AutoPay program, a free program for our customers, we can automatically charge your Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express® or your checking account debit card automatically each month to help you avoid any late charges. All of our facilities use surveillance video cameras. Cameras are generally located at the point of entry and exit and at other areas around the facility. The number of cameras and the type of system that is installed at each facility will vary based on the design of the facility.

No, you store your belongings at your own risk. However, insurance for your property is available as an added feature to your rental agreement. Please speak with your management team for more details. The facility is not responsible for a loss to your goods.

Yes, we require a minimal purchase of Storage Insurance with each rental. This is a GREAT advantage in that it MAY help cover your deductible on your home owners/renters insurance should they also cover your belongings while stored with us. Please speak with your management team for more details.

Climate control is a feature that we offer at all of our facilities. Our climate controlled units maintain a temperature between 50 and 80 degrees. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from extreme temperatures.

The office hours are the hours the management team will be available
to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing
supplies. The gate hours are the hours of the property when your
unit can be accessed. For example: We are closed on Sundays but you
still have access to your unit during gate hours. If you require
access outside of our standard gate hours ask the management team for
information about 24-hour access.
