Founded in 1976, Development-Management, Inc. (DMI) has developed over five million square feet of commercial real estate
throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. Currently we lease and manage 5 self
storage centers and 15 shopping centers. It’s our goal to improve the quality of life within the communities we serve through responsible commercial development.
